Brooks Norris was introduced to the construction world during his early years, influenced by his father who owned Norris Masonry. Originally from Greenwood, Arkansas, Brooks and his wife Tara live in the Fort Smith area with their family. Since founding the company in 2007, Brooks has spearheaded the development of over 1,100 residential and multi-family units across Arkansas, accumulating nearly $95 million in completed projects.
Rather than relying on third-party contractors, Norris Group built a captive ecosystem of 9 operating companies (including NSC Construction, Sirron Concrete, and Norris Materials & Supplies) to execute every phase from dirt to done.
